Slow Studio Ceramics pieces are fired in stoneware in a high heat Cone 10 kiln. This makes them dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. Due to the ceramic and glazing process, there may be variations in size and color of the pieces as pictured.
To keep your pieces beautiful and usable for longer, I recommend handwashing them :)
Orders are processed and shipped from Boulder, CO within 7 days of order date. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note: transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on carrier's volume during peak seasons. Slow Studio Ceramics is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen package. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. We ship within the 50 states of the US and internationally. Sometimes breakage happens - ceramics are fragile and can get jostled during transport.
Refunds are accepted only if item is damaged. Please send a photo(s) of the item to info@slowstudioceramics.com to start the refund process. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You can expect charges to be returned within 2-3 business days of your refund being processed.
